Silver, backlight keys cannot be read in daylight. Is there any solution to this issue?

Thank you SAM11112 for the keyboard "skin" idea. That should solve my problem. The keyboard in not really "visible" as much as very difficult to read. The white backlight characters do not contrast with the silver color of the keyboard. Would love a way to change the color of the backlight to some other, darker color. Again, thanks for the suggestion. I will cruising Amazon later today.
