Hello,

I need help with my hard drive situation. I woke up to both my normal and recovery hard drive deemed not connected.  I opened it and the connection looked fine and I hear it spin when the computer was on, but it still doesn't show. Anyone know what to do?

Enter BIOS by tapping F10 key immediately after powering on. Reset to Default settings-usually by tapping F5 key. Save & Exit.

 

 If no joy-Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.

Power-on laptop and start tapping Esc  or   F10.

 

Run Diag test on your Hard Drive.
