Pavilion 17-f010us
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Pavilion 17-f010us running Windows 10. I want to run a hardware diagnostic on it, but can't seem to figure out how. On older models running Windows 7 and below, I used to be prompted to hit a specail key during power-up (ESC or F10, etc.) which would take me to a boot menu where I could enter the BIOS or run a diag utility. Can anyone tell me how I'd do it on this one? Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Shutdown the notebook.

Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu.  From here, you should be able to select the Diagnostic Menu option ( f2 ).
