I have downloaded Hardware diagnostics tools uefi and when I'm trying to install it, at the end, a message is saying '' There is a problem with this package for Windows Installer. A programm which is executed as part of this installation has not be finished as it was expected. Contact with the Support or the supplier of this programm.........''

I will need for you to further identify your HP 250 G5 in a more specific way.

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue

Type in msinfo32 and press enter.

The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.

The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.

Your PC has a UEFI BIOS and GPT disk volume according to the specifications.

This is the link for the latest version 6.1.1.0 Rev.A  of the HP UEFI  PC Hardware Diagnostics firmware that should be installed.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp76001-76500/sp76284.exe

Are you attempting to update it for a reason?

It was installed at the factory and should be invoked by pressing the F2 key immediately after pressing the power button.
