Hi,
My laptop has a failure ID code when I run a components test. The failure ID on hard drive 1 is : 60FX21-7B69RK-MFPV7G-60SK03
what can I do?
the Notebook has been freezing up lately hence the reason why I have scanned to source the problem. All other components are fine.
Thanks

Hi:
The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.
Consult the maintenance and service guide for your specific model notebook for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below to create a bootable W10 USB flash drive installer.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
If during the installation process, you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
