Hi. I bought an HP Notebook - 14-dk0355ng while in Germany last year. Last month I started noticing a click sound in the right inferior part of the notebook which occurs periodically. Also, there is another sound present, more frequent and continuous; I don't know how to describe it other than it sounds like something is being scraped. Finally, while the scraping sound occurs, I can also notice a buzzing sound coming from my headphones. This buzzing sound, though, disappears when I disconnect the power supply.
I'm afraid the sound indicates a possible future failure of the HDD, so I've contacted Hp's support from Brazil, given that the notebook has global coverage.
Since then, I have been informed that for hardware failures I need to contact the sector of the country I bought the equipment from. I'm not sure how to do this, and would very much appreciate any input on how to proceed or on the problem itself.
Thanks in Advance.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, when I called the Hp support they contradicted the information given in the guide. They say that they can't send me the part. I tried calling again and telling them about the guide, but another person told me the same thing. Unfortunately, I still don't know how to proceed from here to get support or the part itself.
