Hello I have a problem with bluetooth, Bluetooth worked for some time, but for some time it does not show up in Device Manager and is it the fault of the bluetooth module or something else? Module Name BCM92070MD_ref6

Hi:
If you upgraded the notebook from W7 to W10 and the Bluetooth was turned off in the HP connection manager software at the time, the HP connection manager software is not supported in W10.
The easiest thing to do to get the Bluetooth to show up again would be to do this...
Make a bootable Ubuntu installer.
Get Ubuntu | Download | Ubuntu
Tutorial for making the bootable flash drive...
Create a bootable USB stick with Rufus on Windows | Ubuntu
Boot from the Ubuntu installer.
Select the option to 'Try Ubuntu without installing.'
See if you can turn on the Bluetooth in Ubuntu.
If you can, turn it on, shut down the PC, remove the Ubuntu installer, restart the PC, and when you get back into Windows, the Bluetooth should be showing up in the device manager.

It is probably not worth trying to fix.
You would have to replace the Bluetooth module with the part number listed in chapter 3 on page 23 of the service manual.
HP no longer has the parts, so you would have to see if you could find what you need on eBay or someplace like that.
It is also possible the cable is damaged or disconnected.
You can find the Bluetooth module removal and replacement procedure in chapter 4.
It would be much easier to just use a USB Bluetooth adapter when you need to use Bluetooth.
They cost around $15 USD.

It indicates that was the Bluetooth FCC ID that came with the notebook, but since you can't turn it on, the module or cable must be defective.
Using the Ubuntu method to turn on the BT should have worked if the BT was working.
