I have a laptop model name HP 250 g5.It has core-i3 5005u processor.Can I install a ddr4 2400 MHz 8 GB ram in it and m2.0 SSD as well?Please help me.

To answer directly "No" on the memory. Your 5th gen CPU (Broadwell) uses DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM and the memory slots will not accept a DDR4 module. Max memory is 16 gb (2 x eight)

It can use a SATA M.2 SSD but there is no slot directly on the motherboard. You would have to find the adapter sled and cable and this makes no sense because a SATA M.2 performs the same as a 2.5 inch SATA SSD so the adapter sled and cable just add unneeded expense. A 2.5 inch SSD will connect using the current hardware used by the hard drive.
