I try to install the new bios update and it always fail saying there is not enough ESP space on my hard drive. How do i increase the space

You will need to increase the EFI system partition from 100 MB to 300MB.
That happens to be what the acronym ESP stands for.
Doing this is an advanced operation and will require using paid versions of partition management software to do it.
I have done it using Paragon Disk manager before.

I have tried your solution, even bought your suggested program. I could not get it to work. the area i am trying to increase is only 100mb and has only 12mb of space left. This partition is on the left-hand side of the main partition. It seems to me that if it was on the right side, it maybe expandable.

If you have the paid version of the Paragon disk manager it can be done with that or the free minitool partition software wizard free version .
Follow the tutorial and make certain you are selecting the correct partition and using the BCD command very carefully
