Hello @vpsundaravel
I see 2 possible error causes ...
(1) Your notebook [ 14q-cs1002tu ] is certified by HP for Windows 10 only:
Software and drivers for HP Notebook - 14q-cs1002tu
Windows 10 drivers (only) !
HP Notebook - 14q-cs1002tu Product Specifications
Operating system | Windows 10 Home 64 |
--->>> Did the touchpad work before with Windows 10 ?
(2) The touchpad has a technical defect !

Hello @vpsundaravel
@vpsundaravel wrote:the trackpad was replaced. but still the same issue. should i wait for the official driver for windows 11?
It is questionable whether that will happen. I would stay with Windows 10.
Kind regards
