Heat Issue in HP Envy 360x Ryzen 5800U

Recently I just bought this device and overall I've been impressed by its performance and features except the heat problem. First, the fan is a little noisy, even if you're doing some small tasks it still gives you a small noise.

And, sometimes when the task is bigger, like when I'm writing code using Intellij Idea and opening some apps at the same time, it gets noisy and I've noticed spikes between 70-85. When I'm playing CSGO, I've noticed spikes between 90-95, and when using normally while charging it can get up to 100 degree celcius that makes me stop using this laptop while charging.

I know that there are some concerns already about the Ryzen 5000 series being hot as "by design" or "intended", but still I want to really make sure that this is okay and doesn't affect my laptop's lifetime. If it does, then surely I want to bring it to the HP Center for a possible fix.

Apparently, this is a common problem with most HP Laptops as overheating is usually an issue that HP acknowledges.

I've set the device mode to "Cool" and it does give the impact significantly and directly (it only gets 55-59 degree when using while charging, while normally it gets around 90 degree). But the fan is making noise a bit louder. Now I'm afraid of the fan's lifetime. 

This is quite frustrating. I hope HP is able to accomplish this problem before they release their product.
