Hi, I have HP OMEN 15 - en0037ax and I use a lot of heavy software, therefore, it heats up a lot when I'm running these softwares and over the past 2 years it run pretty well and there where no such heating issues but right now doing browsing with lots of tabs causes heat and when running heavy task causes the CPU temp to rise 90 °Celsius in just a few minutes and I also do casual gaming and running Fortnite causes the CPU temp to touch 99 °Celsius to 101 °Celsius which throttle the overall performance of the laptop.
Should I reset my laptop? (but that I don't want to do, I have lots of data to take care of, and creating a backup for all is not an easy job to do).
or Should I change the thermalpaste of my laptop and do a thorough cleaning?
