Hi @Akashkumar0011

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We'd hate for you to be stuck in a situation like this. Because you matter to us.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

1. Check Ventilation & Clean Air Vents

  • Use compressed air to clean dust buildup in the vents.
  • Ensure the laptop is placed on a flat, hard surface to allow proper airflow.

2. Monitor CPU & GPU Temperatures

  • Install HWMonitor or Core Temp to check temperature readings.
  • If temperatures exceed 85°C, consider adjusting power settings.

3. Adjust Power & Performance Settings

  • Open Settings > System > Power & Battery.
  • Set Power Mode to Best Power Efficiency.
  • Reduce CPU max performance in Advanced Power Settings.

4. Update BIOS & Drivers

  • Visit HP’s support page and check for BIOS updates.
  • Install the latest chipset and thermal management drivers.

5. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  • Restart your laptop and press Esc repeatedly.
  • Select F2 > System Tests > Thermal Test to check for overheating issues.
