Hello! What is the battery in the HP Pavilion 15-eh0013ur laptop? The battery charge level drops, even with a laptop connected to the network. Do I need to replace the battery?

What do you mean by "The battery charge level drops, even with a laptop connected to the network."?

Do you mean when the power adapter is plugged into the laptop?

Does the power LED/Charge LED light up?

Have you used the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic UEFI utility to test the battery or the power adapter?

Plug in the power adapter.
Power on the laptop and immediately tap the F2 key to invoke the diagnostic utility.

Choose Component  tests and then run the power adapter and the battery tests separately.

Post your diagnostic test results in your next reply in your thread.

Do that before you purchase anything.

At first, the LED was blinking, but now it began to glow red. The laptop is connected to the network 99% of the time. And recently the charge began to drop (now it is already 3%). When I unplug the power cord, the screen loses brightness and a message comes about a critical battery charge. Plugging it back in, the brightness returns.
