HP Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I had a message show up saying "Sorry something went wrong. Please sign in with your PIN." Now, I followed the steps from a forum question and the first step was to uninstall the IR Camera Driver and reinstall it. I followed the steps, but when I went to the system's specific page, the download of the IR Camera Driver does not install because "the driver is not compatible with the OS." How do I download the IR Camera Driver again and how do I fix the face recognition again?

THank you in advance!

@Banhien

Mine is HP Spectrex360 Convertible 15-df0xxx.

It does have IR Camera because I unistalled the IR Camera Driver that it had before.

I am getting that startup message saying to use my pin instead of the face recognition, so I am just trying to fix that.

Thank you.
