Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well.
This is my first time dealing with a hardware issue like this, so I’m hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction.

The rubber feet on my HP Envy x360 ay1013na have started coming off. I tried purchasing a generic replacement, but unfortunately it didn’t fit properly. I’ve searched online, but I’m struggling to find a set of rubber feet that are confirmed to fit this exact model.

Would anyone be able to advise on:

The correct part number for the rubber feet for this model, or

A trusted link or supplier where I can purchase the proper fitting replacement?

I would really appreciate any guidance, as this is my first time trying to source a part like this and I want to make sure I order the right one.

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!

Kind regards,

Thanks so much for responding. please do you have an idea where it could be ordered from?

You can look up the nearest HP service centre near you and contact them

It's going to be a pricey part for 2 pieces of rubber.  Look it up on eBay or Aliexpress for a better price.

Thanks so much for taking time to explain this to me. Much appreciated. Please just to double check, I did a part surfing on ebay and just noticed I had forgot to include that the model of my laptop is ay-1013NA (I accidentally made it to be 13-1013NA in the post heading) Apologies! does the part L94496-001 still apply ?

It applies.  I have noticed the typo you made.

Thank you for the information provided so far. I have spent some time searching online for the exact part number L94496-001, but unfortunately I have not been able to find an authentic, reliable match anywhere. I did notice that HP does have the part available directly, but the price is quite high for something as small as a rubber foot strip.

I was hoping to kindly ask for some guidance or support. Since I purchased this laptop directly from HP and have always taken very good care of my devices, I don’t believe this issue is due to wear and tear. I actually have photos showing that the laptop is in excellent condition overall — this rubber foot coming off is the only problem I’ve ever had with it. I’ve owned a HP laptop prior to this unit and have never experienced this issue before.

If possible, could you please let me know whether there is any option for a discount, goodwill assistance, or an alternative way to obtain this part without the full cost? I would be sincerely grateful for any help you can offer, as this has been quite disappointing for an otherwise excellent device.

Thank you again for your time and understanding.
