Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why the problem is occurring.
See this link from HP for how to get the most life out of your notebook's battery:
HP Notebook PCs and Chromebooks - Improving battery performance | HP® Support
If you installed a replacement battery, hopefully it has a 1 year warranty.
If your notebook is still under warranty, I recommend that you contact HP customer service starting at the link below and submit a support case under the warranty before the warranty expires.

I have done calibration and while i did battery check its now showing normal but in 1 hr the battery is going from 100% to 10%.
For calibrating the battery, i first charged it fully then performed the component test till and did the same as in the video of HP Support and after it get automatically fully discharged i kept it for 2-3 hrs and after that i charged it till 100% and i started and did battery check and its showing normal but still in 1hr its getting consumed

I have given you all the help I can regarding this matter.
I would have no idea how to fix a problem like that assuming that it is even fixable.
For me, I don't see a problem with the battery only lasting an hour.
It depends on what you use the notebook for.
