Hi:
If your notebook has an Intel 8th generation core or older processor, if you can get this memory in Azerbaijan, it should be compatible with the 4 GB memory chip already installed.

I have found it
it is cl19 but my ram is cl17 and it is 2666mhz and i dont know my ram's mhz will there be any problem?

Yes, I believe that is the Crucial Basics memory chip and that should work fine too.
The 2666 MHz memory will automatically bridge to whatever speed your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
CL19 will bridge to CL17.
If you run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below, it will show you all the features of the memory HP installed.
If it has a CL of 17, it should be DDR4-2400.

OK, that's fine.
HP installed a DDR4-2666 MHz memory chip that has bridged to 2400 MHz, CL17, which means your notebook must have an Intel 8th Gen core processor.
So, you will have two matching speeds of memory in both slots.
