HP Notebook - 15-ra036nm

Hello!

Recently I bought a Notebook 15-ra036nm, Product ID - 3QT57EA#BED, but since I bought it,it was running very slow, so I think that upgrading ram can help,currently I have 1x4GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM, but I dont know can It be upgraded,how much ram slots i have and how much memory I can add. Thanks for any informations.

Hi:

 

Since your notebook has a Celeron processor, it only has one memory slot.

 

You can remove the current 4 GB memory module and install an 8 GB memory module.

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.  The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.
