Product: Hp envy 17 n107 ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am facing charging issue with my laptop. Its not charging anymore neither it turning on even of direct ac adapter without battery. Do i have charging ic gone bad problem bcoz couple of years before same problem occured. On opening the board and inspecting it i came to know some part or chip is shorted i don't know which part is that. How to replace it and what will it cost. I am attaching the picture with post. Thanks

This is a hardware issue with the laptop, I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.
