Many people get this error message that can't delete in Windows Update. Neither Windows nor HP seem to be concerned about answering this question.

Would it be possible for a qualified person to claim that he is the driver who is creating this conflict with Windows update.

In fact, this driver is installed. However, Windows Update tries to reinstall it repeatedly with an error report and the option to retry over and over again.

I can't believe that anyone before me has brought this issue to your attention.

Beaucoup de personnes reçoivent ce message d'erreur qui ne peuvent supprimer dans Windows Update. NI Windows et Ni HP semblent se préoccuper à répondre à se sujet.

Serait-il possible qu'une personne qualifier puisse affirmer qu'elle est le pilote qui créer ce conflit avec Windows update.

Dans les faits, ce pilote est bien installé. Toutefois, Windows Update tente de le réinstaller à répétition avec le signalement d'une erreur et l'option de réessayer en boucle.

Je ne peut pas croire que personne avant moi vous a signalé de cette problématique.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see this discussion at the link below.

There is no working driver that I know of, but this is a way to prevent the update from showing up and failing to install time after time.

You do not need the update.

You may have to click on 'Retry' in Windows update several times after you hide the update on W11 and restart the PC.

You may even have to wait a day or two after turning on the notebook, but eventually, it should disappear.
