Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b1000 (4Z7T3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Good day,
I hope you are having a good day! Recently, My OMEN 16 has begun to run very hot, even with almost no programs running (noticeable by the CPU temps, which are around 72 - 75 degrees Celsius without heavy usage like gaming and the fans of course). Is it possible that the thermal paste has depleted?
And another question I have:
Is it possible to upgrade my OMEN Laptop at the service? I would love to have more storage. And maybe quieter fans.
Thank you in advance!
Skyzocka
