HP Team,
I need your help - my loved laptop has NEVER been dropped, mishandled, or abused, and the fourth time I used it in tablet mode the hinge on the left side broke. The screen is detaching from the case and the laptop is out of warranty.
I have tried to use the virtual assistant on HP customer service, but it is of no help, and it is simply ridiculous to have to buy a subscription to speak to a customer service representative. I paid a lot of money for this laptop (more than $1K), and it is unacceptable to have no official customer service that can help fix this hardware issue, which apparently was widely known by HP...
I would like the laptop repaired - I don´t mind taking it to a repair shop if needed be, but I need it fixed free of charge.
What are the steps for me to get this problem fixed?
