Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my laptop in July 2018. I just found that one of the hinges got broken (right side). What to do now? I would like to know how much would that cost? Can I fix it? Now if I open the laptop lead can not close it and vice-versa properly. Please help. Location - Nagpur 440015
