Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Any idea how to get my laptop fixed? The hinge on the touch screen is broken. But the laptop and screen work perfectly. I just can't shut my laptop because the hinge gets worse. 

 

I went to Best Buy, and since my laptop is 4 years old, they refused to work on it. They said that they only work on laptops that are 3 years old or less. Best Buy told me to either not close your laptop again or buy a new one. That was their solution. 

 

I wanted to contact HP for their suggestions, but it says I need to pay a minimum of $16.99 per month to be able to get in contact with a human. Their AI representative did not provide any assistance. 

 

Where did all the humans in the world go?????
