My laptop is HP ENVY X360 RYZEN 5 model . Yesterday while working on laptop, all of sudden its left hinge popped out and damaged the touch screen though Laptop is working normal. In addition, One of its Hinge fixing screw sheared off and I lost one screw. My laptop is under warranty. HP Customer service centre is asking me to submit the fixing screw. Please suggest me from where do I get this screw. HP Should provide such petty things to their service centres. Kindly help in this regard.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand your HP notebook screen is separating from the unit due to a loose hinge, in order to fix this issue your computer needs to be repaired. With the standard one-year limited warranty, you will be covered for the repair or replacement of parts deemed defective. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, screen crack and liquid spillage.
