Hinge problem on high end HP laptop

I was wondering if anyone with this particular laptop is having the same problem. I do computer repair and this is the first time I have seen a laptop that has practically come apart due to a setup hinge. The warranty ran out on August 07, 2018 so it isn't very old. I have old, low-end laptops that are in great shape still today after 8 to 10 years of use. I normally like HP products and for the most part, had good experience with them. With a $2,000 price tag, this product should have lasted for years. Is there any way to contact HP via email or text so I can send pictures? The laptop has always been used on my table and has been gently used. It is in excellent condition besides the hinge.

If anyone else is having this problem, please let me know.
