I made a post yesterday regarding an issue about my year-old laptop thats had one of its hinges break by themselves. My warranty expired a month ago, and I am unable to repair the laptop. My post yesterday became locked after being told that I would be private messaged by HP— which didn’t happen. I’m still looking for answers from HP about this, and possibly some assistance on their part for fixing this problem, and it seems many other people are suffering the same issue. Thank you.
