The left hinge in my hp envy laptop has come off and i am afraid that if it waits out any longer like this.. the screen is going to get damaged. I have contacted the hp team but there has been no update on my case repair request whatsoever. This problem has been faced by many people on the inetrnet.. with no service being provided. I can mqybe get on with manufacturing poor hinges but then not providing service is unacceptable.

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed or if you are looking for update they will help you.
