Want to upgrade RAM on HP Stream-14-cb172wm, product ID 9VKUA.
Part catalog is no help, says the RAM part is unavailable.
Specs say the factory-included RAM is 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM, but this apparently comes in 260-pin and 288-pin formats.
How do I know which one is correct? Finding this out should not be a big deal to do. 😞

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Unfortunately, your HP Stream - 14-Cb172wm (9VK98UA), as per: https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06612132 and: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=9VK98UA, and: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06141338.pdf, is fitted with a non-removable 4GB RAM stick.
This is also confirmed here: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-stream-14-cb172wm.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
