I plan to update the BIOS. I have heard that many HP laptops have a BIOS recovery feature. I learned about this opportunity from your Russian-language video (I'm from Russia):

I already asked a similar question here, but for some reason there is no answer.

Intel Core i5-8300H 2.3 GHz

if your laptop has HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI installed to the hard drive, BIOS automatically stores a working current bios file to the efi partition on the drive. And in the event of bios corruption, the bios recovery procedure, as shown in the video, attempts to restore bios using a stored bios file.
You can check if a bios file (bios .bin file) is stored in the efi partition on the drive. See the post below and follow the detailed instructions.

If you replaced a factory-installed hard drive, this recovery feature is not available but there's a workaround. Let us know what you find.

Where can I find the "Firmware Management" section? I have HP PC Hardware Diagnostics 9.1.0.0. I did not change the hard drives installed at the factory.
Three disks are displayed in Windows Explorer, external HDDs and flash drives were not connected.

HP drivers download site for your model lists Hardware Diagnostics UEFI ver 7.6.0.0. I have the same version on my laptop. See the screenshot below. It has Firmware Management. It appears that your Diag. UEFI has been recently updated to the latest version, and somehow, it's missing Firmware Management. I don't know how to fix it.
The efi part'n is a hidden part'n, meaning that no drive letter is assigned to it hence it doesn't appear in File Explore. You can see it in Disk Management.
Unfortunately, you can't use F2 Diag. UEFI to check if a bios file is stored in the efi part'n but if you install MiniTool Partition Wizard (free version), you can view the content of the part'n. When the installation setup asks you what apps to install, select MiniTool Partition Wizard only.
Free Download MiniTool Partition Wizard for Windows PC and Server
Launch the app and right click the efi part'n and click Explore in the window that opens. You should see the screen like below. Click the \EFI\HP\BIOS\current folder for stored bios.bin file and signature file. If clicking does nothing, that means no bios file is stored in the \current folder.
If you find bios file is stored in the efi part'n, you can expect (and hope) that in the event of bios corruption, the bios recovery procedure attempts to restore bios using the stored bios file.
