Normally there are 2 type of M.2 SSD. Model cv8-8e128-hp is an invalid model/product therefore I don't know what its M2 is. You can use an adapter (M.2 to USB) to get data out as mentioned above you need to know what is it.
From my research cv8-8e128 is an M.2 SATA SSD from Lion

Therefor you can use an adapter such as
Retailers also sell adapters for both M.2 SATA and M. NVMe
