I got a new custom Omnibook X 14 flip direct from HP and the screen keeps flickering and the touch features aren't working properly. I go to the site and try to talk to someone but it wont until I enter my serial number which it claims doesn't exist. I'm literally copying it off their website from my order.
Anyway, for a $1000+ laptop purchase, I'm pretty pissed, and just want to send this thing back for a refund. I'd rather just get something from the local Best Buy because then I can talk to someone. Is it even possible to return a defective laptop? The only person I can talk to is a sales rep and they just transfer me to a gatekeeping AI that says my serial number isn't real.
