OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-n0000 (5B1T7AV)

I bought a new HP Omen in July 2023 and it has been making this sound since day 1 but has gotten much worse since then and is now unbearable. The sound is very loud when in the normal position and it almost stops when I lay the laptop with the screen down (laying horizontally) and keyboard pointing vertically. I took it to a local computer repair and they told me one fan (the right one, under letter p) is malfunctions and needs replaced. The fan model is N14087-001 and they said they could only buy both fans together even though I only need one and they would cost $185. This seems like a very high price since the brand new laptop only cost $800. Does anyone know where I can find the part for a better price?

Also, my 1 year HP warranty ended 2 months ago and this problem has been there from the start, is there anything else HP could do? Where can I find a phone number?

The model: HP OMEN 16-n0033dx - AMD Advantage Edition 16.1" Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 6800H - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 6650M - 1TB SSD

You know you should have started a warranty case. Always use any high dollar product's warranty while the warranty is active.

Where do you find a part for a better price?

Open a Google search. Use HP N14087-001 as the keywords and press enter.

Look through the prices and availability.

Decide which is the best price and purchase it. Have it installed at a laptop shop, unless you want to take the risk of damaging your notebook.
