My Envy 15t laptop, less than a month old, is falling apart. One of the two hinges supporting the monitor is broken and I can see a power cord of some type sticking out a bit. The monitor is separating in that location. I bought a 3-year care plan so thought I could get help right away but I can't find anything on the paperwork I received or the HP site that tells me what to do. Please help.

I want a phone number for Customer Care which does not expire until Sept 2017.  My printer is skipping random lines.  I have tried different paper, cleaned print head several times and replaced the black cartridge eventhough it did not show low levels.  It also is not consistant.  Sometimes it almost prints an entire page and sometimes is misses so many lines it can't even be read.
