How do I find individual HP Parts number for Envy 15-k020us?

Hello,

Is there any way to know the part number for individual parts of my HP Envy 15-k020us? Because I see that by searching product by parts number, I can find the exact hardware to upgrade and that will work properly.

I was actually looking for the battery and adapter for my laptop. But was unable to find it on HP store.

Also, is there any suggestion for the USB port, one of the ports is not working properly and another one is also not in good condition.

For USB ports, looks like they are hardware related, you need to check with a repairer.

What do you mean "unable to find it" ? It's there as shown:

     

Any way, you can use part number and search on Amazon, eBay
