HP has been dodging warranty repair for 2 years. Documented in writing.

 

HP Envy mailed to HP 12/20/2025. Marked as delivered by Fedex but HP will not confirm.

 

12/28/2025 Requested a confirmation because the repair website will not update and still have not received one.

 

12/29/2025 both the Service Order Number and the serial number is still not appearing on the website https://www.hp.com/repair

HP sent a vague message in response and still has not updated on the repair status of my laptop as of 1/8/2026

 

My $1,500 laptop has not been returned. They have still billed over $400 for the repair to my card. 

 

Nothing has been resolved or fixed or repaired.
