Product: Example: Pavilion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am at my wits end... My daughter's HP Pavilion Notebook battery needs to be replaced and I have filled out form after form on HP's website, and can't find the battery number of her HP Pavilion Notebook's internal battery?  Is there some information on the outside of the case that identifies the battery number? 

 

The laptop is only labeled HP Pavilion Notebook, with no corresponding number.

Sorry no. You can find number on battery itself. But we need to know what is the model/product of your machine ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
