My power adapter (cord) died recently. I have the number off of the unit itself to replace with HP Spare:710412-001 ADD011-020G2.
When I enter the part number nothing comes up.
Now what am I supposed to do?

Hi AkFlamingo,
In your computer's Maintenance and Service Guide, I found that it uses the 120-W HP Slim AC adapter (PFC, S, 4.5-mm).
This would be HP Spare Part Number 710415-001 and can be used in the HP Spare Parts Store here.
You may also find the part on external sites such as eBay put please be cautious when doing so.:smileywink:
Hope this answers your question,

Hi AkFlamingo,
Hmm well that number definitely doesn't seem like an HP Spare Part number. It may simply be something else.
If you provide me with your laptop model number, (info on how to do it here) I can direct you to your original AC adapter.:smileyhappy:
Awaiting your repsonse,
