It has nothing to do with a printer. HP has been charging me $14.99 every month for HP Service and Repair. That's the charge on the credit card. I want to end this charge. I don't have any of their printers. I do have two of their laptops. The case number is [Personal Information Removed]. No response yet from HP officials. Is this a bogus charge? Thank you.

Hi @Vaderhype,

Thank you for your response,

To stop monthly credit card charges for HP Instant Ink service, you can follow these steps.

  • Visit the HP Instant Ink website and sign in to your account using your credentials.
  • Click on the "Account" or "Profile" option on the top navigation menu.
  • Select the "Change Plan" option.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Cancel Enrollment" button.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to confirm your cancellation.

It's important to note that if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle, you may still be charged for the remaining days of the cycle. Therefore, it's best to cancel at least a few days before the end of the cycle to avoid any extra charges.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
