Hey Riddle_Decipher,
Will it be a clean installation of Windows? Also do I need to use HP recovery Media? Because it's a new laptop I don't have many apps/programs installed, and all of which can be downloaded from the web.
Please let me know.

@sash94 Yes, it will be a clean installation and its best if you use the HP Recovery Media to reinstall windows as it would include all relevant software/drivers to resolve the issue once and for all,
That said, if you need anything else, feel free to get back to us anytime.

So I'm having trouble with creating the Recovery Drive, I've bought a new 32gb USB flash drive, plugged it in to create Recovery Media on the drive, and I get an error message saying there was a problem creating it.
What should I do?

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
