I’m looking to get a pavilion x360 2020 from Amazon USA but I live in Australia. I want a permanent solution on how I can connect the USA charger to the Australian outlet. I don’t want to use a travel adapter because it’s not permanent and I don’t want to void the warranty terms of use. I also don’t want to spend a LOT of money on an Australian charger. Is there a third party charger that works exactly like the official charger for Australia? Or can I change the end of the charger without voiding the warranty terms of service. Any help counts. Thanks.

You only need the power cord (from the wall to the charger) the charger itself should be OK. Do you live near Jaycar, if yes you can bring the power cord to it and ask for same cord with Australian plug.
I sometimes use adapters which I bought from Harvey Norman, JB Hifi, Officeworks .... and you can buy at many tourist shops. Even 2 dollars shops also stock them BUT you have to pay for around 10 dollars, not 2 dollars.
They normally stock adapters with another way around (from AUS to USA) therefore you have to look for the right one.
The best option is to take a visit to Jaycar.
Regards.
