Product: 17z-ca000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i would like to increase my RAM from the 8gb to 12.   How difficult to do this?   It says it has two slots and one has the 8gb and I have a 4gb to go into the other slot.  It does not look user friendly to open it up to do this.
