Victus 16-e1000 models come with two M.2 slots. See this disassembly video for a 16-e1000 model.

Hp Victus 16-E1000NE disassembly & upgrade options

 

The primary M.2 slot is gen 4, but the secondary slot is gen 3.

 

You can install a gen4 NVMe in the second slot, but it'll run at gen3 speeds.
