I want to upgrade my laptop RAM. Therefore I want to know how can I do it. And how many RAM slots in my laptop's motherboard.

Hi,

Your notebook supports max 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB

There are two slots and at the moment you have one 4GB module. You could add aother 4GB module in the empty slot which would give a boost in performance.

On page 43 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM

you should also consider installing an M2 SSD which would give a great boost to everyday performance of the machine.
