When i check on my task manager it says i have 1 of 2 ram slots used meaning i have 2 ram slots on my hp notebook 15-ra011ni but when I open it i only see 1 ram slots

It specs

It uses Intel® Celeron® N3060 (1.6 GHz base frequency, up to 2.48 GHz burst frequency, 2 MB cache, 2 cores) therefore it ONLY has 1 slot of RAM and supports 8GB max. You can replace 4GB with 8GB using compatible RAM such as

 

           https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct102464bf160b/ct12105018
