I want to either upgrade my 128 GB  M.2 SSD to a higher one. Or I want to know if there is an extra slot available in my laptop for adding another SSD or HDD.

No.

A 13" ultrabook will have only a single M.2 slot on its system board.

You can add 2.5" HDD/SSD to its normal HDD bay BUT you need more parts:

 

  The hard drive/solid-state drive cable is available using spare part number 856011-001. The hard drive mounting bracket is available using spare part number 856012-001. The solid-state drive mounting bracket is available using spare part number 856013-001.
