Product: ProBook 4540s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have been lanching this operation for more than 6 hours but my laptop is just saying " windows lanching" . Is it okay or a bug ?

Please help me, I have work urgent .

Under NORMAL condition BIOS updates can take from 3 to 10 mins.. Why you have to update BIOS in the first place ?

Thank you for the answer.  It's because of HP Support who recommanded it.

Anyway, my probleme is when Windows is lanching it's just  black screen with windows logo all the time. I have checked bios version and it was the newest one.

Could you tell  what should I do, please ?
