How much my laptop can accept it ? 
and if u could recommend any type or model of ram 
my ram now is 8gb

It has  8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) and supports 16GB max. You can add same existing RAM to slot 2 or using the following compatible RAM
