Pavillion
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

How do I pair my Soundcore Life Q20 Bluetooth headfones AGAIN  with my Pavillion? I unpaired it by mistake.

I tried:

1. In Laptop - add bluetooth devices

2.  Switch off Headfones

3.  Switch On Headfones

4. Check the bletooth devices list in my Laptop -

Nothing appears related to my headfones..  Your help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Google is your friend!  From the Soundcore website:

How do I connect Life Q20 to another device?

Life Q20 will automatically connect to the last paired device when turned on. If you would like to pair it with a different device, use one of the following methods:

- Turn off the Bluetooth on the device you were connected to make them enter pairing mode. Then connect to the second device.
- If you prefer not to turn off Bluetooth on the first device, double press the power button to make the headphones re-enter pairing mode, and find Life Q20 in the second device's list of available Bluetooth devices.

Hope this helps.
